공정거래위원회가 주최하는 제8차 서울국제경쟁포럼을 맞아 한국을 대표하는 경쟁법분야 3개 연구단체는 주요 참석자들을 별도로 초청하여 공동으로 round-table 형식의 학술세미나를 개최합니다.

“Legal Identity of Competition Authorities and Case Handling Procedures”라는 대주제 하에 제1부에서는 경쟁당국의 법적 성격을 규명하고 법원 및 다른 규제당국과 비교한 다음, 제2부에서는 각국 경쟁당국의 사건처리절차를 비교하고자 합니다. 이를 통하여 우리나라 공정거래법 집행을 합리적으로 개선하는데 좋은 시사점을 얻을 수 있을 것으로 기대합니다. 

이번 학술세미나는 국내에서 만나기 어려운 세계적 권위자들을 한 자리에 초청하여 형식에 얽매이지 않고 자유롭게 의견을 발표하고 교환하도록 함으로써 생생한 아이디어를 얻을 수 있도록 준비하였습니다.

학계, 실무계와 기업 등의 많은 관심을 부탁드립니다.
